I think the new music videos for Claire's latest album <keep on Loving you> all have a really interesting atmosphere to them, kind of a quiet optimism , even in tracks which are essentially heartbreaking ballads such as :
A song written by singer-songwriter extraordinaire JJ Lin ,it is bound to please in its achy-breaky-heartache.
This is also one of my favourite songs from her album , called the <Attic of Memories>. If you listen closely , you can hear the sound of wind howling through an empty house which really lends it that bit of atmosphere it needs. Once again , Claire Kuo's voice lends light to the darkness , in a song that is about renewal and leaving the attic of memories.
This song is more of a whimsical , quirky number that suits her bell like voice perfectly. A thoroughly pleasant listen.
This is my favourite song from her album and also the title track , written by COLOR Ke le who in my experience is quite a good songwriter and has written for other singers such as Genie Zhuo. I love this song for its quiet optimism , in the lulling electric guitar pluckings and its simplicity.
