Some fans of the British music scene may recognise these guys. Introducing Transition, the band that fell in love with Taiwan! They've been around in the indie rock brit scene for over a decade, but after performing at the Formoz festival in Taiwan, decided to take an unexpected turn in their careers and stayed here for over two years! In the process, they were able to work with amazing artists, performing with the likes of Rainie Yang, Jay Chou, JJ Lin and Wing. They've only just recently released their very first chinese album with 11 chinese tracks and 9 English ones, named <跨越>, and are also well known for being picked to sing the Olympic theme song for Taiwan! It was a mix of love and interest that drew me to them in the first place; after seeing their very humorous and wonderful cover of Wubai's <你是我的花朵>(you are my flower) , complete with music video set in central London and a chinese flash mob (passerby reactions are priceless), they had me hooked. And after listening to their first single of their album <对不起我的中文不好>(Sorry my chinese is not very good) I had taken the bait, hook line and sinker and was ready to buy their album on the spot. Their creativity, spontaneity and their humour as well as their love for Taiwan is really inspiring and it definitely helps that they know how to make a hell of a song. download their album and support them on itunes: https://itunes.apple.com/tw/album/kua-yue/id783405297?ign-mpt=uo%3D4
